Educational Leadership Programs and School Safety
Abstract
Higher education educational leadership prepatory programs must embed content and standards regarding school safety issues in order to effectively prepare aspiring leaders. Advocacy, communication and specific plans regarding the development and implementation of school safety protocols, through partnerships and on-going dialogues with stakeholders provides skills that every school administrator needs to know.
